RENEWAL
OF LICENSE FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC
ADMINISTRATION
Recommendation by the Engineering Department:
Approve the license agreement with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration for a period of fifteen (15) years commencing October 1, 2007
and authorize the City Manager or his designated representative to sign the
agreement.
