not appearing on the agenda, but within Council/Redevelopment Agency's

PUBLIC HEARINGS (Item 1)
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 65009, if you challenge
the decision of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency in court, you may be limited
to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of
Fullerton at, or prior to, the public hearing.

PROPOSED
TWO-YEAR BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS 2007-08 AND 2008-09
This item is a public hearing held to review and consider the 2007-09
proposed two-year budget. The following
schedule for this afternoon's meeting is as follows: Budget Overview; and City Council, City
Manager, Administrative Services, Human Resources, Community Development, and
Engineering Department budgets will be heard.
Recommendation by the Administrative Services Department:
Direct staff to prepare a resolution for adoption of the 2007-09
Two-Year Budget and Capital Improvement Program and schedule it for the June
19, 2007, City Council meeting. The
resolution should reflect the changes itemized in the agenda letter plus any
additional amendments, additions, or deletions approved by the City Council
during the budget hearings.
REGULAR BUSINESS - None
COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY/STAFF COMMUNICATIONS: (Council
may ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement, make a brief
report on his own activities, request staff to report back at a subsequent
meeting concerning any matter, or take action to direct staff to place a matter
of business on a future agenda.)
ADJOURNMENT – The City Council/Redevelopment Agency has
scheduled a special meeting on June 4, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chamber,
