STUDY SESSION BUSINESS (Item 1)

1. AMERIGE COURT

This study session is to discuss the Amerige Court proposal, a mixed-use project on the agency-owned parking lots located on the north and south sides of the 100 block of West Amerige Avenue.

Recommendation by the Community Development/Redevelopment and Economic Development Departments:

Pleasure of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency.

PUBLIC COMMENTS - Public comments will be allowed on matters appearing on the Study Session agenda.

ADJOURNMENT - The next regular City Council/Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held on May 1, 2007, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 303 West Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton, California.
